Get Ready to Practice Pilates from Home!

I'm excited to share that starting March 10th I'll be offering virtual Pilates classes!


Mat Pilates is a great way to build full-body strength and flexibility using just your bodyweight and a mat.


The controlled movements help improve posture, stabilize the core, and create long, lean muscles. Since the exercises are low-impact, Pilates is gentle on your joints but still provides an excellent workout.


Here are a few of the classes that are now available listed below:



Private Sessions

For a truly customized experience, you can book a private virtual Pilates session with me. These one-on-one sessions allow me to create a tailored routine based on your specific needs, goals and ability level. We'll focus on any problem areas you may have, whether it's tight hips, lower back pain or poor posture. I'll design each session to help you improve your strength, flexibility and alignment over time. Private virtual sessions are the perfect way to receive personalized attention and get the most out of your Pilates practice. I look forward to working with you!


Full Body Flow

In this class we'll target all the major muscle groups with a series of Pilates movements to build strength in your arms, legs, glutes and core. Be prepared to burn fat and tone from head to toe!


Stretch & Restore

This class will focus on stretching, recovery and restoration. We'll slowly move through poses and techniques designed to increase flexibility, decompress the spine and calm the mind. It's deeply relaxing while providing the great benefits of mindful movement.
